- Teams must have a Team Leader with email access.

- Count floors of stairs climbed each day.
- Climb up or down the stairs*
- Only stairs at work count
- Example: taking the stairs from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor = 2 floors
- Reporting
- Team members: report individual weekly total to Team Leader.
- Team Leaders: report weekly team total via email form.

- Weekly winner is based on each team’s average number of floors per person.
- Most improved team from week to week.

- Team that climbs the most stairs.
- Most improved team overall.
