    • Sign up by February 27
    • Challenge: February 28-March 27
      • Week 1: February 28 - March 6
      • Week 2: March 7-13
      • Week 3: March 14-20
      • Week 4: March 21-27
  2. Teams
    • 2-10 members
    • Open to any URMC staff, students, and volunteers.
    • Teams must have a Team Leader with email access.
  3. Register
    • By February 27 at 3:30pm
    • Pick a team name and a team leader (someone with email access!)
    • Online at: www.URMCstairs.blogspot.com
    • Or via paper form at the Food and Nutrition Office (across from the House of Six Nations Cafeteria)
  4. Points
    • Counting
      • Count floors of stairs climbed each day.
      • Climb up or down the stairs*
      • Only stairs at work count
      • Example: taking the stairs from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor = 2 floors
    • Reporting
      • Team members: report individual weekly total to Team Leader.
      • Team Leaders: report weekly team total via email form.
  5. Prizes
    • Weekly Prizes:
      • Weekly winner is based on each team’s average number of floors per person.
      • Most improved team from week to week.
    • Grand Prizes:
      • Team that climbs the most stairs.
      • Most improved team overall.
      • Others!
* Please be honest when counting your points! The goal of the challenge is to encourage participants to take the stairs instead of the elevator to help you Climb to a Healthier You!
